The condo is filled with beachy furnishings and hand-crafted artistry. The dining table seats 6 and connects the kitchen and main living space, offering breathtaking floor to ceiling Gulf front views from all main living areas. In addition to 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen & 1 Twin over Full Bunk) and 2 bathrooms, there is a pull-out couch bed and a laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer. The adjoining laundry room closet is stocked with beach chairs (6), a beach wagon, large shade tent and beach towels and toys. Also available is a handicap shower assist chair, portable baby crib and baby chair. For extra down time fun, the living room credenza is stocked with games, puzzles and books.
This 65 unit condo has stunning views, and is steps from the beach full of white powder sand and crystal blue waters that the Gulf of Mexico is famous for. Emerald Dolphin is highly sought due to its prime location and list of amenities including a hot tub, (seasonally-heated) pool, onsite gym and 2 elevators servicing it's 16 floors. Views from the back are of Santa Rosa Sound and Lafitte Cove Marina. Next door is the islands best seafood @ Peg Leg Pete’s and a convenience store. Just out front is the Pensacola Beach Trolley stop (runs May 25 - Sept 3).

The space
The condo is in a gated 65 unit "Emerald Dolphin" complex that offers stunning gulf views. Only steps from the beach that boasts white powder sand and the crystal blue waters that Gulf of Mexico is so famous for. Emerald Dolphin is highly sought due to its prime location and list of complex amenities including a hot tub, pool, onsite gym, carts for transporting groceries and personal items from parking to units and 2 quick elevators that service the 16 floors. Views from the back are of Santa Rosa Sound and Lafitte Cove Marina and from the front you see the crystal blue gulf from Pensacola Beach Pier down to Fort Pickens National Park. Next door you can catch fresh seafood @ Peg Leg Pete’s, Peg Legs also has a fun sand bar/patio to the side of the restaurant. Also steps away, you can grab what you need for the day from the island convenience store. Just out front is the free Pensacola Beach Trolley stop, the Trolley will take you all around the island (May 26 - Sept 4 and runs from 4pm to midnight). There are also several golf cart taxi's who transport should you prefer to explore the island without driving.
